The hotel is very close to the trainstation (and the Aerobus stop). The room was of decent size, nicely decorated, with good lighting and a confortable bed. The bathroom had a nice selection of toiletries and many towels (though I would change the fabric softener to something that smells friendlier). I liked both the staff and the breakfast selection.

The walls seemed paper-thin, which made me very aware of all the people living in the other rooms (the person in the room above wore high-heels, the people in the room to the left spoke a lot in Italian, there was a lot of traffic in the hallway, etc). Still, it was the best place I tried so far in Bologna.

The hotel is perfect, I do recommend it. Bologna is absolutely great, Florence is just 40 min by train.

This hotel provided very good quality at a reasonable price, in a strategic location for the traveller (400 mt from the main railway station, which is also the place where a lot of city buses stop). The street is very quiet, the furniture in the room was in excellent state, and the matress was comfortable. Breakfast is good as well, and it is even possible to have a cappuccino made with soy milk, a plus for vegans like me :-) The price paid was slightly higher than the one advertised on Booked.net, but this is actually due to yet another tax introduced by the italian government and applied by most italian cities ("tassa di soggiorno"). The difference is euro 1.50 per person and goes to the municipality.

Location was good, 5mins walk from train station and a comfortable 15 min from downtown. Staff was very good at pointing out bars, restaurants etc. Good value for the money.

Staff attitude was excellant and it,s location to transport and local restaurents and shopping. and wartrh of ambience.requested gluten free breakfast and it was provided but could do with some gluten free bread. how ever we did not ask so thwy would have probably provided if we had .

Having only 30 min Internet free per day and payment for Internet after that !!! Vast majority of places have free Internet !

The staff, food and comfort of the hotel were great it was an ideal place for us to start our italian holiday

The staff were very helpful, and the location of the hotel very close to the train station was a plus. The family rooms are comfortable enough especially when you need to travel with small children (ours were three and six).

The worst breakfast I have ever eaten! Cold cappuccino must not be an accident 3 days in a row! Bread was almost as hard as stone- 3 days. Variety of fruits but definitely canned goods. Hard boiled egg was not just cold- but it has a temperature as if it came just out of the fridge. Do they cook that for the whole week and serve chilled every morning? The first evening I was tempted to have a cocktail drink- I knew earlier they had an attractively looking bar- but to my dismay, it was not even 9:00 pm but it was already closed. I had to leave early the next day to Venice, so I was settled with a sparkling water from the mini bar in our room :(

Internet access prices of the stone age, too expensive. Only one computer in the hall for free access limited to 15 min. This was not clear in the hotel facilities text.
